Tips for Higher Jumps

Here are our best tips to get those leaps up.
- Warm up first. Do cardio warm ups like burpees, star jumps, and active stretching like lunges before you start.
- Work on form first. Before attempting to get more height ensure your form is correct (posture, technique)
- Strength training. Your muscles must be strong to power your jumps.
- Use momentum. This comes with practice – getting in the flow can improve efficiency in jumps.
- Ensure correct technique when landing. Controlled landing will ensure less chance of injury.
