Your dance lessons will be automatically direct debited from your nominated bank account or credit card fortnightly. These payments will occur in advance on Monday's on the odd weeks of term.Â
If there are any issues with your payments being made by the due date, please email us so we can help you work out an appropriate payment plan. Without any communication, if your fees are NOT paid before the due date on the invoice, your multiple class discounts will be voided. If your fees are overdue by 2 weeks, a late fee of 10% will then be applied.
DFJW reserves the right to cancel classes or make changes to the timetable where necessary.
ACTIVE & CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
Dance Factor by Jessica Walker is a registered provider of both the NSW Active Kids Program and the Creative Kids Program. You are able to claim one (1) voucher per term, with up to 3 vouchers in total throughout the year. To claim your voucher, you need to submit the voucher through our website.
