Elise Maccagnan

Miss Elise started dancing when she was six years old and quickly fell in love with it. She has trained in Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop and Acrobatics styles, and was a part of DFJW troupe for six years.

She was a student teacher for four years, assisting Miss Steph and Miss Jess with our preschool aged dancers – she loved getting to help out with the little ones and see their smiling faces each week. She teaches READY SET DANCE, READY SET BALLET and READY SET ACRO, which she enjoys just as much as the students.

Miss Elise loves helping students build confidence in themselves while creating a warm, encouraging environment where everyone feels supported and included. Getting to know each student as an individual and supporting them through their own unique dance journey is something she truly values, especially celebrating progress along the way.

Building strong connections and a sense of community within the studio, and watching friendships grow alongside confidence, is what makes teaching so special to her.
